She felt incredibly approachable and not at all dogmatic in how a reading should be given. It was super helpful advice, with encouragement to also do our reading in the way that always feels best to us within the boundaries of trust spirit and do no harm.

Heather really takes the time to listen to your development story and to understand where you are in the journey to extrapolate insights and guidance on blockers, issues, etc. I found Heather to be particularly clear and grounded with her guidance -- nothing overly abstract and far out, which I really appreciated. You can tell much of her wisdom has come from lived experience and having gone through the trenches herself, which lends to her authenticity and credibility as a coach.
